Frank is a very experienced communicator and currently runs UpaLevel Business Development which assists the senior managements of companies on the implementation and maintenance of their ISO Management Systems. In this capacity he has had close contact with many different management teams and from these gained many insights into leadership.
His career has spanned Construction, Data installation and Engineering where he was involved in the specification and sales of data collection systems for 15 years.
He is a member of a local church and has been involved with mercy mission both in Africa and Eastern Europe for over 20 years.
